Our Story and Expertise
We started in 2011 because we saw too many asphalt jobs done halfway. Over more than a decade, we've paved residential driveways in every Chicago neighborhood, resurfaced parking lots for small businesses and HOAs, patched potholes on private roads, and installed everything from recycled millings to tar and chip surfaces. That long track record taught us what holds up in Chicago winters and what doesn't.
Today we specialize in the full range of asphalt work: new driveway installation and replacement, pothole and full-depth patching, resurfacing and overlay, milling and removal, parking lot construction and repair, and alternative surfaces like gravel and tar and chip. We've also built expertise in driveway extensions, widening, aprons, and even sports court and path paving. Every estimate we write includes compacted thickness and tonnage specs so you know exactly what you're getting.
